2Scope
Applies To
- •All sales incentive compensation plans
- •All participants in sales incentive compensation plans
3Definitions
At-Will Employment
Employment may be terminated by employee or Company at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Participation in any incentive compensation plan does not alter this status.
Actively Employed
Not on unpaid leave of absence (except legally protected leave where required), not under notice of termination (given or received), and performing the duties of the position.
Supplemental Wages
Incentive payments that may be treated as supplemental wages subject to supplemental wage withholding rates.
Compensation Review Board
The designated body with final authority to interpret plan terms and resolve disputes. All interpretations and decisions are final and binding.

Defines the nature of the employment relationship and compensation status.
At-Will Employment
Participation in any incentive compensation plan does not alter the at-will nature of employment. Nothing in this plan or any plan document creates an employment contract or guarantee of continued employment.
No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in an incentive plan does not guarantee any specific level of compensation. Actual incentive earnings depend entirely on performance achieved, as measured according to the specific plan terms.
Not Part of Base Salary
Incentive compensation is variable pay and is not considered part of base salary for any purpose, including but not limited to:

- •Retirement plan contributions
- •Overtime calculations (where applicable)
- •Other benefit calculations
